On January 29, 2015, sponsored by Beijing Human Resources Consulting Association, Shanghai Human Resources Consulting Association, Shanghai Psychological Society (SHPS) and NormStar Research Institute, the 2014 Forum of Chinese Talent Management and Leadership Development was held at Shanghai Grand Mercure Hotel. Secretary-general of Shanghai Human Resources Consulting Association, Zhu Qingyang, Secretary-general of SHPS, Pang Weiguo, director of European Chamber and president of HR subbranch, Zhu Dan, etc participated in the event and made speeches at the forum. This forum aimed to organize the extraordinary enterprises and human resource teams that had made great breakthroughs in domestic talent management and leadership development, to express gratitude for their contribution towards the development of Chinese HR Management, and to share their successful experience. There were many awards such as “Best Experimentation Award of Recruitment & Selection”, “Best Experimentation Award of Leadership Cultivation & Development” and “Best Experimentation Award of Leadership Mode Construction & Application”. Participant enterprises would have to summit materials, and they would be nominated after quality checks. Finally, they would be judged by experts from Beijing and Shanghai HR Societies. And, extraordinary enterprises would be selected within North China, East China and South China regions separately. Sunglow Group was honored the Best Experimentation Award of Talent Recruitment & Selection, and Wang Qingyi, deputy-general manger of HR Headquarters accepted the award on behalf of Sunglow Group.
2014 was the first year for Sunglow Group to be in charge of the administration of the Group on behalf of shareholders. Therefore, for Sunglow Group, 2014 was a challenging, yet creative year. During 2014, most of the work was brand new and requires enthusiasm, pioneering spirit and creativity. Sunglow employees had provided moral, personal and systematic supports for goal-setting research, organizational design, post design, post allocation, personnel recruitment and selection, employee stimulation policy, etc, and for high ranks of the Group.
